Some of the Biggest Bitcoin, Ethereum and XRP Holders in Existence Moving Mass Amounts of Crypto Amid Market Pullback

Bitcoin’s quick retracement from its Saturday high of $10,153 is forcing some of the biggest crypto whales in existence to surface.

BTC is down 2.71% in the last 24 hours, according to CoinMarketCap, reaching $9,753 at time of publishing.

In the same time frame, Bitcoin whales moved 37,647 BTC worth $374.1 million across 24 separate transactions. The largest single transaction sent 15,000 BTC worth $151.7 million between two wallets of unknown origin.

Of the 24 transfers, 12 involved BTC moving from cryptocurrency exchanges to unknown wallets. Ten of the transfers sent BTC from an unknown wallet to an exchange, where it could be sold on the open market.

Of the last two transactions, one involved crypto moving from one exchange to another, while the other transferred BTC between two unknown wallets. Here’s a look at all of the large BTC movements in the last day.

• 944 BTC worth $9.1 million transferred from Binance to OKEx

• 751 BTC worth $7.3 million transferred from unknown wallet to OKEx

• 571 BTC worth $5.6 million transferred from Binance to unknown wallet

• 573 BTC worth $5.6 million transferred from unknown wallet to Coinbase

• 1,013 BTC worth $9.9 million transferred from Binance to unknown wallet

• 1,015 BTC worth $9.9 million transferred from unknown wallet to Binance

• 501 BTC worth $4.9 million transferred from OKEx to unknown wallet

• 700 BTC worth $6.8 million transferred from unknown wallet to Coinbase

• 708 BTC worth $6.9 million transferred from unknown wallet to Coinbase

• 710 BTC worth $6.9 million transferred from unknown wallet to Coinbase

• 551 BTC worth $5.4 million transferred from unknown wallet to Bitstamp

• 900 BTC worth $8.9 million transferred from Binance to unknown wallet

• 501 BTC worth $4.9 million transferred from OKEx to unknown wallet

• 1,069 BTC worth $10.5 million transferred from unknown wallet to Binance

• 751 BTC worth $7.3 million transferred from OKEx to unknown wallet

• 1,000 BTC worth $9.8 million transferred from Bitstamp to unknown wallet

• 2,000 BTC worth $19.7 million transferred from OKEx to unknown wallet

• 500 BTC worth $4.9 million transferred from Huobi to unknown wallet

• 500 BTC worth $4.9 million transferred from unknown wallet to OKEx

• 2,789 BTC worth $27.7 million transferred from Bitfinex to unknown wallet

• 2,500 BTC worth $24.8 million transferred from unknown wallet to Bitfinex

• 1,000 BTC worth $10.0 million transferred from Binance to unknown wallet

• 15,000 BTC worth $151.7 million transferred from unknown wallet to unknown wallet

Meanwhile, XRP whales are also making a splash. The crypto tracker Whale Alert caught two large XRP holders moving funds.

One transfer sent 33,000,000 XRP worth $9.1 million from the crypto exchange Bithumb to an unknown wallet. The other moved 19,999,990 XRP worth $5.4 million from an unknown wallet to Bittrex.

Not to be left out, a large Ethereum holder moved 25,000 ETH worth $5.6 million off of Bithumb to an unknown wallet.
