The Litecoin Foundation continues to employ its strategy of hitting the streets and promoting crypto adoption in a wide variety of settings.

John Kim, the Litecoin Foundation’s “chief evangelist,” recently travelled to Vietnam to meet Matt Luczynski, the founder and CEO of Travala, a worldwide hotel-booking platform.

Travala is the official travel partner of the upcoming Litecoin Summit in Las Vegas this October.

Luczynski says his company is committed to crypto adoption and to offering people a variety of ways to spend their Litecoin and other cryptocurrencies while traveling.

“We feature over half a million properties on our platform in 210 different countries, and our real vision behind Travala is to create an adopted use-case for cryptocurrencies all across the world. Now, you can use crypto, you can use fiat currency – it’s about creating a gateway for users to be able to access different cryptos. Our system actually gives out crypto to every single user that uses our platform, whether you use fiat or crypto, and that’s really one of our focus points towards adoption of crypto.”

Litecoin evangelists have put an emphasis on educating youth about the currency, promoting its versatility and engaging with companies around the globe.
