624 Acres in Honduras Selling for $52 Million in Crypto, Bitcoin and Ethereum Accepted

Two and a half miles of Caribbean beachfront property is for sale near Trujillo, Honduras for $52.025 million. The available lots are part of a larger property, according to the listing on Propy. The seller is accepting payment in Bitcoin, Ethereum and US dollars.

The sprawling coastal property is located 18 miles west of the town of Trujillo and is reportedly in an area that is being rapidly developed with new residential properties. It totals 624 acres and is situated near the western Caribbean’s newest cruise port, the Banana Coast.

The colonial town of Trujillo, founded by Spanish conquistadors in 1525, sits above a crescent-shaped bay backed by the stunning Cordillera de Dios mountain range. It’s the gateway to the Camino Real, the Spanish-built road that runs through the heart of Central America, and home to the preserved 17th-century hilltop fortress Fortaleza de Santa Bárbara.

The Honduran property is currently the most expensive listing for cryptocurrency on Propy. The second most expensive listing is 27 acres of land in Silicon Valley, for sale for $14 million in cryptocurrency, reduced from $16 million when it was listed in May.
